Article 4 Member Registration Information 1. Member registration information shall be owned by the Company. Personal information (name, address, phone number, email address) shall not be provided outside the Company, in principle, except for entrustment to a subcontractor within the scope necessary for providing this service, or when the member has consented to its disclosure. 2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, a part of the member registration information (name, address) may be disclosed without the member's consent: (1) When it is determined that it may cause harm to the Company, other members, or third parties, and the information is disclosed to the police or other relevant authorities. (2) When requested by the police, courts, public prosecutors, bar associations, consumer centers, or other organizations with equivalent authority, and the Company decides to comply with such request. (3) Other cases where the Company deems disclosure appropriate. 3. The Company shall not tolerate any false declarations regarding any items of the registration information declared by the member at the time of admission. 4. If there is any change in the member's registration information, the member shall promptly carry out the prescribed procedures. Article 5 Prohibition of Use Beyond Private Scope Members shall not reproduce, sell, publish, or use any information obtained through the Company beyond the scope of private use, except with the Company's approval (including obtaining the consent of a third party who holds rights to such information through the Company, if applicable). Article 6 Prohibited Actions by Members 1. The Company prohibits members from engaging in the following actions, or actions that may lead to them: (1) Actions that violate public order and morals. (2) Actions that lead to criminal acts. (3) Actions that violate laws and regulations. (4) Actions that infringe on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company, other members, or third parties. (5) Actions that infringe on the property, privacy, etc., of the Company, other members, or third parties. (6) Actions that cause harm to the Company, other members, or third parties. (7) Actions that defame or slander the Company, other members, or third parties. (8) Actions that obstruct the operation of the Company's site, etc., or damage the Company's reputation. (9) Any commercial activity carried out by the member using their status without the Company's approval. (10) Election campaigns or similar acts, or acts that violate the Public Offices Election Act or other laws. (11) Making false declarations in any questionnaire conducted by the Company, including the membership application procedure. (12) Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, etc. (13) Unauthorized use of IDs and passwords. (14) Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company as acts of the member. Article 7 Revocation of Membership 1. In any of the following cases, the Company may revoke a member's membership without prior notice or consent to that member: (1) If the member violates the prohibited actions specified in Article 6 or any other provision of these terms and conditions. (2) If the Company determines that the member's declared information in the membership application and subsequent questionnaires contains intentionally false declarations. (3) If the member uses or allows others to use a password illegally. (4) If there has been any unauthorized act not recognized by the Company. (5) If there has been any other act deemed inappropriate by the Company. 2. When membership is revoked, all rights held by that member against the Company shall be extinguished. Article 8 Withdrawal If a member wishes to withdraw from the Company, they shall notify the Company in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and the withdrawal shall become effective upon completion of the withdrawal procedures by the Company. Article 9 Changes to the Terms The Company may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or consent to members. All members shall be deemed to have accepted the changes when they have been displayed on this site for one month. However, in unforeseen circumstances where there is a risk of causing harm to a third party, the changes to the terms shall be implemented without waiting for the aforementioned period. Article 10 Suspension or Interruption of Service 1.
